We are interested in Kea, Kythnos and Tinos – which is most likely to have a regular bus running in the last week in May?
Each islands has its own network and updates the bus time schedule when it comes closer to summer. During low season the bus service can be quite unreliable and not so often. I emailed you some links from each municipalities for your information. These islands are small but they not so small to walk around from village to village. I would imagine that renting a car even for a couple of days (and not the whole period that you are going to stay) it would be quite cheap as it would be low season. Hope it helps!
